Born as Marlene Wasden in Las Vegas, Nevada, she has made numerous appearances on television, including the recurring role of 'Julia Cumson' on Falcon Crest. Dalton's character was fist-fought over by James Garner and Clint Eastwood in the 'Duel at Sundown' episode of Maverick. She played a nurse on Hennesey with Jackie Cooper and portrayed Joey Bishop's wife on The Joey Bishop Show, a situation comedy on NBC and CBS from 1961–1965.
