He is an impressionist comedian, and after dinner speaker and is probably most famous for his role on the popular BBC television programme 'Dead Ringers'. He was educated at St Marys RC College, Middlesbrough where he would mimic his fellow students and teachers. Later whilst working in the restaurant business he would entertain his customers with unrehearsed cameo pieces. This lead directly to engagements as an after dinner speaker.
